Guitar Hero 3 Pc Controller Patch

Before I installed the 1.31 patch, GH3 wasn't detecting my controller at all, even though Windows was. I got around this by using JoyToKey to map my controller's buttons to the correct binds to play.

This worked perfectly and I played through most of the game like this.Eventually I got stuck on a song and decided to install some custom songs. I found out the GHTCP required the 1.31 patch to work, so I installed that. Everything was going smoothly, until I figured out that GH3 was actually detecting my controller without JoyToKey's help. I was happy about this at first, until a started a song and everything went south.Most of the frets don't work at all, and the ones that do work hit a completely different fret and strum at the same time. The green fret hits the orange one, and the orange one hits the red one. The strum bar doesn't work at all, but start does.

Everything works fine on the menus but in game it doesn't work at all. If I start GH3 while the dongle is unplugged, then plug it in, the game doesn't detect it and I can use JoyToKey.
